APPLICATION PROCESS

The UAB School of Public Health uses SOPHAS, the Centralized Application Service for Public Health for some of its programs.  The Application Fee is $135.00 for the first school that the student applies to. See SOPHAS Application Fee for further information.

The University of Birmingham's Graduate School uses ApplyYourself as its centralized application management solution.  The Application Fee for Apply Yourself  for Domestic Students is $60.00.

  • Students completing the Apply Yourself Application should send all required document except their official transcripts to the Apply Yourself.  Official transcripts should be sent to the UAB Graduate School at:
